Currency and total price

Our prices are displayed in GBP. Applicable VAT is included where required.

Any delivery charge is shown before payment: standard delivery is £3 below £50 and free at £50 or more, after discounts and before delivery charges.

We cover applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges for UK delivery.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own foreign-exchange or cross-border transaction charges. These are not charges collected by ORDELVYN.

Payment methods

Use one of the payment methods actually displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your device, location and payment provider.

A payment logo is not a promise that every method is available for every order.

Payments may be authorised or collected when you order. An order acknowledgement is not necessarily confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. See our Terms of Service for order acceptance.

Payment problems

If payment is declined, check your billing information and contact your payment provider if necessary.

Before retrying after an unclear result, check whether an order confirmation was received.

If you think you have paid twice, contact support@ordelvyn.com with the order or transaction references. Do not email your full card number, security code or banking password.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

We do not charge a refund processing fee. The payment provider controls how long an issued refund takes to appear on your account.
