Products and suitability

We sell non-electronic desk accessories, office organisers and storage accessories. Read the product description, materials, dimensions and package contents before ordering.

For laptop sleeves, compare your device’s dimensions with the stated usable interior rather than relying on screen size alone. For stands, check device fit and stability before use.

Lifestyle images may show computers, tablets, cables, stationery or other props. These are not included unless the product description specifically lists them.

Minor display or lighting differences do not excuse a material difference from the product description or affect your rights if goods are not as described.

Ordering and acceptance

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your basket before paying.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, the contract is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. Payment may be authorised or collected before dispatch.

If an item is unavailable or an obvious pricing error affects your order before acceptance, we will contact you. We will not charge a different price or substitute an item without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the relevant payment without undue delay.

Prices, delivery and import charges

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Displayed prices include applicable VAT where required.

Standard delivery is £3 for orders below £50 and free for orders of £50 or more, calculated after discounts and before delivery charges.

Orders are dispatched from the United States for delivery within the United Kingdom.

ORDELVYN covers applicable import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges for these orders. These import charges will not be collected from you separately on delivery. Contact us if a carrier requests an unexpected payment.

Our Shipping Policy sets out handling and estimated transit times.

Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate, subject to any specific rule for a carrier independently appointed by you.

Cancellations, returns and legal rights

Our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. It includes a 30-day additional return offer, free arranged return postage and your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase. If you are a UK consumer, any applicable mandatory protections where you live continue to apply. These terms do not require you to bring a consumer claim exclusively in a US court.

Website use and changes

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content.

Website material must not be copied for commercial use without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are subject to the third party’s terms.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in force when your order was placed continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.
