We are a United States business supplying customers in the United Kingdom. The website does not represent the company as incorporated in the United Kingdom. Products are dispatched from the United States.

Product descriptions, specifications and agreed order terms remain part of our commitments to customers. A general website disclaimer does not remove those commitments.

Any intellectual property notice applies only to rights we own or are authorised to use, and does not restrict use permitted by law.

Our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy explain the terms relevant to purchases and personal information.

Nothing in these notices limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact support@ordelvyn.com if you identify an error in our business details or need to raise an order-related complaint.
